Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies and programs (e.g., RCM, FMEA).
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and opportunities.
• Optimize preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset uptime.
• Recommend design modifications and engineering solutions to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.
• Monitor and report on key reliability performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability.
• Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment to ensure reliability standards are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong understanding and practical application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis and predictive modeling
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing or managing IoT solutions for asset monitoring
