Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies and programs (e.g., RCM, FMEA).
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and opportunities.
- Optimize preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset uptime.
- Recommend design modifications and engineering solutions to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability.
- Monitor and report on key reliability performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability.
- Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment to ensure reliability standards are met.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong understanding and practical application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis and predictive modeling
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience implementing or managing IoT solutions for asset monitoring
