Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback from production supervisors and employees.
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, post-training surveys, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and onboard external training resources or subject matter experts when specialized skills are required.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training tracking.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress
- - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- - Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD)
- - Experience with virtual instructor-led training (VILT) platforms and best practices
- - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
