Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end value stream, from raw material to customer delivery, to optimize flow and eliminate waste.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across the value stream, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to ensure alignment and drive value stream objectives.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and innovation within the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective value stream operations.
• Implement and maintain standard work processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve overall profitability of the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of value stream mapping and its application in identifying and eliminating waste.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and their integration within the value stream.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• - Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments.
• - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization and logistics.
• - Experience with advanced analytics and predictive modeling for process improvement.
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation.
