Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and accident-free work environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize space utilization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories, and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and manage warehouse budgets, including labor, equipment, and operational expenses.
• Select, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless flow of materials and finished goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• - Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration
• - Forklift certification or experience training forklift operators
• - Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
