Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
• Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification) for new and modified systems.
• Analyze validation data and generate comprehensive validation reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations and non-conformances during validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
• Maintain and update validation documentation, including master validation plans and SOPs.
• Participate in change control processes for validated systems.
• Support internal and external audits by providing validation documentation and explanations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, Part 820), and industry standards.
• Experience with various validation techniques and methodologies, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and technical report writing.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and change control procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• - Familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
• - Certification in relevant quality management systems (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
• - Experience with scripting languages for automated testing (e.g., Python, VBScript).
