Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of manufactured goods.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and optimize storage space.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and implement corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, WMS software, and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and efficiency.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics (e.g., APICS CSCP).
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration.
• - Experience with international shipping and customs regulations.
• - Familiarity with automation technologies in warehousing (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
