Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and debug PLC logic for new and existing automated manufacturing machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues, including PLC, HMI, and communication networks.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of updated and new control systems on the production floor.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, HMI screens, and electrical schematics.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to identify and implement control system improvements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and optimization of existing PLC programs for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all programming adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and company best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and instrumentation.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and commission automated equipment and control systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, automation principles, and safety standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
- Proficiency in database integration and data acquisition for MES/SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with vision systems for quality control and inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs using CAD software.
