Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and accident-free work environment.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a productive and motivated team.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of all warehouse machinery and tools.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Develop and manage warehouse budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with logistics, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Ability to develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation or advanced module usage
• - Forklift certification or experience training forklift operators
• - Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
