Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and stage parts for the powder coating line

• Apply coatings per process specs, with attention to part geometry and coverage

• Track and report finish quality, ensuring compliance with PPM goals

• Rotate between prep, coating, and inspection as needed

• Keep the booth area clean and equipment calibrated for smooth operation

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of powder coat tools and processes

• Familiarity with masking, taping, and part hanging

• Consistent attention to detail and quality control

• Strong safety awareness and willingness to adapt to line needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-mix production or large part handling

• Training in lean or continuous improvement environments

• Comfortable reading work instructions and production drawings
