Key Responsibilities:

* Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reconciliations.

* Assist with month-end close procedures and prepare supporting documentation.

* Support payroll data entry and benefits administration tasks.

* Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking.

* Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and provide interview support.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.

* Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with initial onboarding steps.

* Maintain accurate and confidential financial and personnel records.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged).

* 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Internship experience in accounting or human resources.

* Familiarity with any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

* Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS.

* Demonstrated interest in the fields of accounting and human resources.
