This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to be part of a close-knit, high-performance team. You'll fly out every Monday, perform system maintenance or service Tuesday and Wednesday, and fly back home Thursday with most Fridays off. Travel is structured and consistent. Training is paid, and well give you everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:

Travel weekly across the U.S. to support electromechanical automation systems

Perform preventative maintenance and light repair on machines used in fast-paced industrial environments

Troubleshoot electrical (120/240V), mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Work with sensors, motors, wiring, and PC-based interfaces (full training provided)

Document service work and communicate effectively with on-site contacts

Occasionally participate in new equipment installations as part of a team

Optionally provide remote troubleshooting support during paid on-call rotations
What You Bring:

Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude (diagnosing, testing, basic repairs)

Familiarity with tools like multimeters, schematics, and diagnostic equipment

A professional and self-directed mindset, especially when representing on customer sites

Comfort using Microsoft Office or learning digital reporting tools

Willingness and ability to travel every week (flights, hotels, per diems covered)
Nice-to-Have Experience:

Previous experience as an Appliance Technician, HVAC Tech, or similar role

Background in auto mechanics, field service, or maintenance

Exposure to PLCs, barcode scanners, or vision systems is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 810 hour shifts

Valid driver's license and passport eligibility
