Key Responsibilities:

* Perform daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

* Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation.

* Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

* Manage full-cycle recruitment coordination, from job posting and sourcing to interview scheduling and candidate communication.

* Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.

* Administer HR-related documentation and maintain personnel records.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of financial and HR processes.

* Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to finance or HR.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related business field.

* 2-5 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or HR support role.

* Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

* CPA track or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

* Prior experience in a generalist or hybrid accounting/HR role.
