Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software and system-related support inquiries

  • Configure and test PCs prior to deployment, with minimal hands-on installation required

  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams during testing and field launches

  • Maintain clear records in a ticketing system and contribute to process documentation

  • Support end-users with proprietary software, focusing on compliance reporting and performance

Required Qualifications:
