In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finishing parts through a structured powder coating process. From initial prep to the final visual inspection, you'll contribute to each stage of production ensuring every component meets rigorous standards. What You'll Do

Prepare metal components by washing, taping, sanding, scrubbing, and hanging them before coating

Apply powder coat finishes using established procedures and techniques

Inspect for flaws or inconsistencies and report concerns to quality or design leads

Document quality checks and support process audits as required

Maintain safety and cleanliness in your workspace at all times

Understand powder coating changeovers, color sequencing, and basic chemical usage

Support efficiency targets by working independently and minimizing rework

Identify and troubleshoot coating or prep-related issues

Learn and contribute to process improvements and production standards
What You'll Bring
