  • Fit, align, and secure components using hand tools and torque specs

  • Perform functional checks on completed assemblies to ensure quality and performance

  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on continuous improvements and best practices

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on mechanical ability whether from machining, auto repair, or assembly backgrounds

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints or exploded diagrams

  • Attention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanship

  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience in light machining or fabrication

  • Background in mechanical assembly, auto/motorcycle repair, or machine building

  • Familiarity with pneumatic systems, fasteners, or shop safety practices

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

  • Previous work in custom or small-batch manufacturing environments

You May Be a Fit If You're:

  • A hands-on technician who wants to work on real, physical systems

  • Tired of field service or travel and looking to work on a stable shop floor

  • Someone who loves the build process from start to finish

  • Looking for a team that respects your skill and lets you take ownership of your work

  • Eager to be part of a company that values precision, detail, and quality above all

Looking for a career where your craftsmanship matters? This is it. Whether you've been a machinist, mechanic, or just a natural-born builder, this role lets you take pride in your work every single day right here in the shop.

Apply today and bring your mechanical skills to life one build at a time.
