Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of corrugator machine operation during your assigned shift, ensuring targets for production, quality, and waste are met.

* Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, promoting teamwork and high performance.

* Conduct regular quality checks and implement adjustments to maintain product specifications.

* Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.

* Enforce company safety regulations and promote safe work practices across the shift.

* Manage raw material usage and inventory relevant to corrugator operations.

* Prepare detailed production reports and communicate effectively with management and other shifts.

* Act as a primary point of contact for operational issues, quickly identifying and implementing solutions.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a corrugation or similar heavy manufacturing setting.

* Thorough understanding of high-speed corrugator operations and associated equipment.

* Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

* Proven track record of improving safety, quality, and productivity metrics.

* Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

* Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and production schedules.

* Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

* Ability to train and mentor operators in complex machine functions.
