Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability within the value stream team.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of value stream objectives.
• Oversee the value stream budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the value stream to ensure stable and predictable performance.
• Champion best practices and standardize processes across the value stream for consistent quality and output.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in Value Stream Mapping and implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, quality, and cost within a manufacturing environment.
