Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including forecasting, stock levels, and warehouse operations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in supply chain
• Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels and improve on-time delivery performance
