Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Norton Shores that are seeking Working Supervisors. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.
• Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to meet output targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance requests.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Proficient in interpreting production schedules, blueprints, and quality control specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and conflict resolution.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish
