Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schews, and engineering specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect welded components for quality, defects, and compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and implement corrective actions to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop and improve welding processes and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
• Ability to perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
