Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and optimizing workflows.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and space utilization.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality control standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
• Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• APICS certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
