Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across St. Johns seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
• Implement and maintain a robust safety program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory, optimize space, and improve operational visibility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse personnel
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
• Project management experience, particularly with facility layout or expansion projects.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
