Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment as needed to meet production targets and maintain workflow.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), machinery operation, and company policies.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for complex repairs.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality control data.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving production issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and management.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
