Tool Room Supervisor | Caledonia, MI

Salary Range: $67,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Caledonia that are seeking Tool Room Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train tool room personnel on safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tooling and equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables to ensure availability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for tools and machinery.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize tool design and usage.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations within the tool room.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling performance and equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in tool and die making, machining, and fabrication.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
• In-depth knowledge of various machining processes, including CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with tool room equipment maintenance and calibration.
