Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with production goals.
• Manage raw material procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Optimize inventory levels and accuracy through effective forecasting, planning, and control methods.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation for efficient material flow.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability and minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and market volatility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management, and logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for supply chain analytics.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices, automotive).
