Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize costs and prevent production delays.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficient inbound and outbound material flow.
• Implement robust demand planning and forecasting processes to align production schedules with market needs.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and business continuity for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for demand planning, inventory control, and procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with international sourcing and logistics compliance
