Salary Range: $42,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure manufacturing equipment for production.
• Install, align, and adjust tooling, molds, or fixtures.
• Perform test runs and fine-tune machine parameters to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment setup and operational issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery.
• Document setup procedures, parameters, and changeover logs.
• Collaborate with production operators and engineers to optimize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proven experience in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for interpreting designs or basic programming.
• Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.
