Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee all repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of breakdowns and efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing expenditures for parts, labor, and external services.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall asset performance.
  • Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring maintenance technicians.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM) and utilize CMMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation and upgrade projects.
  • Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, or oil analysis.
