Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
• Install, set up, and commission new production machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or vocational certification preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming or HMI development experience.
• Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication skills.
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or extensive experience.
• Experience with CMMS administration or data analysis for predictive maintenance.
