Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Direct all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Manage the plant's budget, optimize expenditures, and drive financial performance and profitability.
- Establish and enforce robust health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of plant machinery and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive financial performance.
- Extensive knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with new plant commissioning or significant facility expansion projects
- Proficiency in advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
- Multi-site or international operational management experience
