Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
• Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and deliver training programs for quality personnel and production staff on quality procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and generate performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team.
• Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Familiarity with metrology, inspection equipment, and manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification
• Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
• Demonstrated experience leading internal and external quality audits
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in a global manufacturing environment
