Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Investigate quality non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and core quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of quality personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with supplier quality management and audits
