Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control activities from incoming raw materials to finished product inspection.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, qualification, and ongoing monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and analyze quality performance data, reporting key metrics to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
