Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality non-conformances.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and statistical process control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify QMS effectiveness and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry-specific quality management systems.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team development and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with specific industry regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Demonstrated experience in supplier quality development and auditing
• Familiarity with Quality 4.0 concepts and digital quality management tools
