Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, including supplier and customer audits, to assess QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, driving root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution of non-conformances.
• Oversee quality control processes, including incoming, in-process, and final inspection, to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Develop and implement quality training programs for manufacturing personnel to enhance quality awareness and skills.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership ability in building, mentoring, and managing quality teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for quality management.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or an industry-specific standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
