Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality programs, conduct audits, and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
• Proven proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage quality teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor for a specialized industry standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Proven experience in implementing or optimizing a digital Quality Management System (QMS)
