Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify quality trends, process variations, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams on quality-related issues and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), such as ISO 9001.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining quality requirements and inspection plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and quality control in a production environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and implementation.
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485).
