Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify quality trends, process variations, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams on quality-related issues and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), such as ISO 9001.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining quality requirements and inspection plans.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
- Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Demonstrated experience with manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and quality control in a production environment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T principles.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and implementation.
- Internal or Lead Auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485).
