Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or operations management preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop production team members
• Strong data analysis skills for performance tracking and decision-making
