Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, equipment installation).
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational capacity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to execute project tasks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to production delays, quality issues, and resource availability.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols inherent in manufacturing.
• Facilitate efficient resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials) to optimize project execution within a manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Lean).
• Solid technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and relevant ERP systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or PLM software
• Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
