Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT).
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects.
