Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software faults in robotic equipment.
  • Install, configure, and calibrate new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
  • Program and re-program industrial robots for various manufacturing tasks.
  • Conduct routine inspections and safety checks of robotic workstations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance, repairs, and programming modifications.
  • Provide technical support and training to production operators on robotic system operation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Strong understanding of PLC logic, electrical control systems, and ability to interpret schematics.
  • Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and strict adherence to manufacturing safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting and integrating industrial vision systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
  • Proficiency with CAD software for layout review or fixture design.
  • Advanced programming skills in specific robot brands (e.g., KUKA KRL, FANUC Karel, ABB RAPID).
