Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of materials and products against specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Utilize various metrology equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM) for precise measurements.
- Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes.
- Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct product audits and process checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support the calibration program for measurement equipment, ensuring accuracy and validity.
Recommended Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or inspection role.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and ability to accurately document inspection results.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles, inspection methods, and non-conformance reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operation or programming
- Internal auditor experience for ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards
