Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and extend asset life.
• Install, test, and commission new machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions efficiently.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including motor controls and sensor operation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Proficiency in CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Basic welding and fabrication skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
