Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Execute repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components and parts.
• Install, commission, and test new manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission).
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnostics and repair
