Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, system malfunctions, and equipment issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and manufacturing equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized accurately.
• Optimize machine performance and suggest improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Strong understanding and experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
