Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure the design, development, and implementation of robust manufacturing solutions and equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new products and technologies into production effectively.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and allocate engineering personnel to strategic projects.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams, including mentorship and performance management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion, within budget and schedule.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., industrial IoT, robotics, AI).
• Proficiency with specific ERP or PLM systems relevant to the manufacturing industry.
