Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain critical IT infrastructure and systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of operational technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, MES, and PLC networks.
• Provide leadership for IT support and problem resolution for factory floor personnel and equipment.
• Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity strategies for both IT and OT environments to protect production assets.
• Manage the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of ERP and other enterprise applications relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Lead IT projects focused on enhancing manufacturing efficiency, automation, and data collection.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align IT solutions with operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage projects, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience ensuring IT system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC integration.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Experience leveraging data analytics for production optimization and process improvement.
