Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and performance of IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and shop floor devices.
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect industrial control systems (ICS), intellectual property, and critical data.
• Oversee the support, integration, and optimization of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
• Drive technological innovation and process automation initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical manufacturing IT/OT systems.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operational goals and budget.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES) within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including budget oversight and team development.
• Deep understanding of operational technology (OT) systems and their integration with IT (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, industrial IoT).
• Expertise in IT security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning for critical manufacturing operations.
• Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and drive process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, DCS).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., Industrial IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing).
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity in OT environments.
