Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical malfunctions in production machinery, PLCs, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installation, repair, and modification tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical components and systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• 3-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Comprehensive understanding and adherence to NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Modicon)
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with high voltage distribution systems (e.g., 4800V, 13.8kV)
• Instrumentation and process control troubleshooting experience
