Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade industrial electrical components and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E).
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Calibrate and maintain electrical instrumentation and sensing devices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification/apprenticeship completion.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated experience with motor control circuits, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC) and lockout/tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
• Certification or advanced training in NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace)
• Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems
